We first saw each other’s biodata months before we ever spoke. Even then, there was a quiet gut feeling, familiar, calm, and reassuring. A very filmi run-in at a party followed (no conversation, not even a proper hello), but somehow, it still felt significant.
When we finally met, we didn’t talk about marriage at all. No checklists, no pressure, just easy, natural conversation. We didn’t say yes or no, but we both knew we wanted to meet again.
